- Full Day Dhow Cruise. From 9 am – 9 PM (November 5th, 2022).
Musandam Peninsula has an abundance of sheltered fjords, some only connected
to the mainland by narrow cliffs. Fjords, or khors, created by fragmented rock
stretching claw-like into the sea and massive overshadowing cliffs towering above
are magnificently reflected in the water below.
Depart for an unforgettable day cruising through the “fjords of Musandam” on
board our traditionally decorated Omani dhow, where you can sit comfortably on
cushions and carpets while feasting your eyes on the striking scenery. A dhow trip
offers an insight into the fantastic landscape. Discover ancient villages and swim
and snorkel in the clear waters off Telegraph Island and Seebi Island, visiting Khor
Shem, Qanaha and Maqlab along the way. There is a distinct possibility you may
see dolphins. Buffet lunch and refreshments are served on board. Snorkeling
equipment are provided.
Activities:
Long drive (2.5 hrs. from Dubai), mountain/ seaside roads, beaches, swimming/
snorkeling, barbecue, dolphin Watching, Kayaks, Music, Dancing & lot of fun. We
will spend most of the day on the dhow and exploring the old villages& islands in
khor sham later we will stop for to have a very fresh delicious seafood BBQ.
Vehicle: all Cars can reach. (car should be under your name if its rent car you
have to ask for NOC ).
Suggested things to carry:
Towels, hat, sunblock cream, swimming costume/ lifejacket/ floating tube/ camera,
Reef shoes.
Meeting point: Khasab port at 9am, we will share the exact location please
download Oman maps if you are using offline maps.
Trip includes:
1-Dhow cruise & all Activities (From the port to the camping site & from the
camping site back& See dolphins)
2- Food (breakfast & Lunch (Fish BBQ, Salads, hummus) &fruits.
3- Unlimited soft Drinks & Water
Cost: 400 AED
Important:
UAE residents generally get visa on arrival at the Oman border, subject to the
following:
Valid UAE residence visa (professional category). We strongly request you to refer
to Royal Oman Police website for latest info:

Note: visa cost not included in the trip cost.
a) Visa cost 50 AED, plus 35 AED UAE exit fee total = 85 AED
b) Passport Validity needed: 3 months
c) Oman car insurance (can be bought at border)
d) Car Registration (if you are driving)
e) UAE Residence Visa
f) UAE Currency is accepted in Oman.
g) Payment is received upfront
